How do I contact e-Solve?

We are available by phone, email, social media and WhatsApp. You can reach us through any of these channels, and we'll be happy to assist you with your digital marketing needs.

Do I need to hire you for a long period?

No, you can hire us for as long as you need. We can discuss your needs to find a solution that works for you. Our flexible engagement model allows you to scale services up or down based on your requirements.

 

What if I want more services than I initially planned?

Just contact us by phone or send an email and we can discuss the additional services you need. Many clients start with a few services and, once they see improvement in results, they end up increasing their demands and staying longer with our company.

What if I no longer want the services I hired?

We will talk and adapt to your needs from time to time. You will always be a client and, as soon as you need us again, you can contact us as we will always have space to accommodate all demands.

Will e-Solve have access to my accounts and business?

We will arrange all of this with you. Most clients simply give us access to their social media and email accounts so we can send messages and manage their inbox, folders, settings, pixel integration, etc. It will be at your discretion. We can provide a perfect service in several ways.

How often will you contact me?

As many times as needed. Some clients want to know about all actions immediately and consult with us all the time, by email for example. Others simply want a bi-weekly or monthly return. Thus, this contact will be established according to what we agree upon.

Where will my information be stored?

All information will be stored in clouds, securely, with the location to be arranged according to your preference where only you will have access.

How do you handle security and confidentiality?

Confidentiality is a premise taken very seriously and it is in our contract. We also strictly follow LGPD (General Law for the Protection of Personal Data). We can also sign your own non-disclosure agreements. Complete computer verification is performed every week to ensure our equipment is secure.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, as we are a company with MEI registration, we can issue electronic service invoices for all our services.
